A 3-month program designed for existing businesses seeking to improve their operations in order to increase revenues, profits and quality of life. Prioritizing action items and getting things done.
- Weekly progress/accountability meetings
- Project-oriented to fix specific issues
- Project managed for high efficiency
- Assistance provided to complete key tasks
- Target: Reach goals within 90 days
